BarryM Silk Nail Paint Release

I'm so excited for the new release from BarryM. The Silk Nail Paints are being released on 12th February and will be £3.99 each.
There are six colours available.

It's a matte finish with a slight shimmer underneath. I have no doubt that these will be a Spring/Summer favourite!! The must have nail polish this spring?

Mug Cosy/Cup Warmer Reveiw

For christmas I had this really cute little gift, a white mug with a red knitted cosy with a heart on. It's one of my favourite presents this year and I have used it loads already. It looks even more cute with hot chocolate, topped off with snowmen and christmas tree shaped marshmallows!

The cosy comes off so you can wash the mug and the mug is dishwasher safe. I had been eyeing up the knitted cosys on ebay a few months ago and was tempted to buy one. I didn't because they range from £3-£10 auctions and BIN and you need to have a mug it would fit as they didn't come with one. They are homemade and I'm sure worth every penny, I'm just too lazy to measure my cups to make sure I had one it would fit. The other problem is most are auctions and I was always outbid!! This was apparently a B&M Bargains great find, because it was £2.99!! Mug included. (Yes I asked for details so I could share with you). I'm hoping to see them when I go shopping next to get another, in a different colour :)

I hope you had a great Christmas and made the Nice list!

Happy New Year!

I have a few resolutions for 2014 one of which is to get back into blogging. I had quite a busy 2013 from May onwards. Things going on with my mum regarding her health and a bigger work load over the summer, meant that I couldn't blog. I just didn't have the time to write up posts. I did manage the odd one here and there, but nothing consistent. When I started my blog around February, I had some spare time and decided I needed a hobby, I love reading blogs and watching youtubers, so I wanted to get involved in the blogging community. It made sense as it's something I really enjoy. I obviously wasn't expecting things to happen as they did and my life to change. Hopefully now things are slowing down in my personal life, my mum is better and I'm organised with work, I can start posting again. My first goal, is to blog 3 times in January, I will see how I do and go from there. I do this for fun not professionally so it's not important to have a set schedule and post consistently but I think I would enjoy being a bit more organised :)
Another resolution is to learn HTML, no that's too ambitious and will probably never happen! I need to just read a little about it and at least sort if understand it. No point setting my self up for failure ;)

I hope you had a great Christmas/Holiday and Happy New Year
